- We do not allow parties, receptions or events. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees.No loud music or screaming at any time. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

There is a dedicated parking spot on Harrison St. marked #40.

Excellent cottage, 1/2 a block off the beach/broadwalk (and you can even walk to the beach without shoes). Well furnished-comfy couch in the living room (with recliner seats on the ends), super well stocked kitchen (besides the pots and pans you would expect, there is an air fryer and a blender, a coffee maker and a keurig and brita water pitchers) and nice size bedrooms-both with bathrooms. The master bedroom has a huge dressing area (with washer and dryer and sink) in addition to the bathroom). The cottage has beach chairs, a volleyball and some super soakers as well. The pool is nicely heated-not bath water but you can walk right in. Check in instructions were a little confusing but immediately cleared up with a call to the manager. Definitely recommend this cottage!

The place was wonderful. The maintenance people were very nice and helpful when ValGal emails were not clear about check-in. ValGal is (who is not the the owner) was unavailable when calling the number listed. The calls went through a prompt and then disconnected - every time! Then they sent rude texts. Check-in was VERY problematic. We asked for late check-out and got permission from the manager/maintenance person who asked the owner directly and she gave her permission. Then ValGal sent "firm" texts that we needed to be out. I would be happy to rent from the owner again but I won't deal with ValGal.

The place is amazing! Very spacious, clean one level steps to the beach and boardwalk. Back door leads to the private heated pool. Owner responds well I would stay here again for sure

The place was clean only the spot where it had leaked. Rooms were large with tvs in the various rooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean . Check in was a little confusing . 2 different addresses were given. When we called, we got everything straightened out. 1/2 block from the boardwalk/ beach made it very convenient. Pool was perfect. The only issue was the sewer/ electrical work being done. A lot of noise from the front loaders and trucks going by. But for us , the location, the pool, and the comfort was great
