This perfectly located cottage is a short walk to the main beach entrance. (about a 3 min walk)You will appreciate the peace and quiet after a busy day at the beach. Large treed yard with firepit and lots of parking. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is extra room for guests with a pull out sofa bed in the large living/dining room and a sweet reading nook for a little quiet time. The quaint cottage kitchen has a gas stove and loads of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. The additional family room has a large comfy sectional sofa and Smart TV and a Hightop table for game night. Another fridge in the laundry room for your use.
