Building has indoor pool, sauna, billiards table, work-out room, ping-pong room and courtyard with nice stainless steel grill for guest use. Living room provides additional sleeping room with sofa sleeper. Two bicycles are provided for your use and there is also a covered off-street/reserved parking spot. Two blocks to CSU and just two the other direction to the start of all the Downtown shopping and dining. Need more space?
