Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. It is located off overland, so you get the beautiful mountain views, and yet are minutes from hiking, shopping, movies, CSU,City Park and Old Town Fort Collins. One level, with single steps in/out of the sunken living room. There is outdoor seating in the private yard, and room for your four legged friends. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open, with a short hall to the bedrooms and bath. The area has multi-family housing but it’s very peaceful.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
