The staff was very nice and overall was clean. Is dated. Some scuffed up furniture and scratches. No plugs by bed. Just a four way plug by desk. Not sure how safe if around. Overall ok, but people sitting in cars in parking lot and not sure why.

This is hands down the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying in. Cockroaches in the rooms, stains on the bed linens, exposed plumbing in the bathroom. The lamps were glued to the table for God’s sake. If that isn’t a red flag I don’t know what is. It is so sketchy and the other guests in the hotel were as sketchy as the hotel itself. NEVER STAY HERE.

Terrible customer service right off the bat. No one at the desk to check me in for 30 minutes. When the man finally arrived, he wasn't apologetic at all. I would have canceled the reservation while I was waiting but no refund policy prevented it. Terrible experience
The sign gave no indication of when whoever would be back. It turned out to be 30 minutes

When we checked in we were a bit hesitant with the unsavory types lingering in the parking lot. But it was too late to cancel. Upon check in The very friendly staff advised of a $100 security deposit (which may take a week or more to get back), and she needed to scan our driver's license. NOT a good sign. The room was spacious enough, obviously very well used, but surface areas were clean. Frig micro coffee. The jet tub was amazing once we found the timer to turn it on. Shower was good as well. I did get an immediate scent of cat urine and maybe some wet dog odor sporadically through our stay. The floors were still carpeted and obviously had had bad pets in this room. Beds were very comfortable. Overall I suppose it was a good value but wouldn't stay there again

The room just needs to be updated. Bathroom trim was damage from being wet, maybe bathroom flooded, no outlet at the bed for phone charging. The breakfast area toaster was broken and could not get the bagel out, Microwave oven took 4 minutes to heat up the breakfast egg and sausage. The simple and easy items to upgrade or maintain were not taken care of.

I didn’t feel unsafe but it’s way over due for updates. The faucet was leaking; the orange sofa was very worn, flat, & smelly; the carpet was the smelliest and old; it was generally in need of heavy cleaning and replacements. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful though.

Scream mask painted in glow in the dark paint on the wall next to the bed was creepy. The tape covering a hole in the door was a nice touch too. It was a good stay though

The parking lot did get very full very fast. The breakfast options were average but the staff takes their time to restock items in there during breakfast hours and instead sits on their phone. The room was average, but the mattress was definitely firm. The room and hotel definitely reflects the price you’re paying.

We were traveling through on vacation and booked the hotel due to price and location. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel is very rundown and appeared to have people living in extended stay situations on the lower level which we found scary. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable and everything worked as expected. Probably would not stay here again due to feeling unsafe.
