The food, breakfast and dinner was great. Wonderful view of Loch Ness. The staff was fantastic. A great place to stay and very centrally located.

This is an older hotel that is a bit rundown but has a certain charm to it if you like that. No lift/elevator so had to haul bags up 3 flights of stairs (no offer of assistance from staff). Staff friendliness could use some work but breakfast was good!
