Grande desilusão:Palace Hotel/SPA Termas S. Miguel

A nossa estadia foi uma inesperada desilusão num hotel que ainda tem 4 estrelas, mas de todo não as merece! Vejamos: hotel c/ notória insuficiência de staff, diversas avarias inesperadas (ex. telefones, multibanco, portas automaticas, minifrigos), sistema de aquecimento centralizado (sem Ar Condicionado) que torna os quartos e o ambiente interior do hotel muito quente, as camas c/ colchões e almofadas desconfortáveis que impedem os clientes de dormir e descansar como desejado, até ao "Aquacenter" e "Ginásio" de acesso externo muito degradados. Por ex: a piscina/SPA cheia de detritos no seu interior, paredes cheias de verdete, tetos e tintas degradadas, c/ apenas um banco de 5 lugares e duas "salas" de sauna que não funcionam e de encontram num estado deplorável, até ao ginásio cuja localização no mesmo espaço da piscina é inexplicável e irracional. Quanto aos acessos, iluminação noturna e espaço exterior do hotel estes estão num estado deplorável. Vejamos: acesso por estrada estreita em mau estado e c/ fraca iluminação (metade do troço s/ nenhuma luz), asfalto s/ qualquer marcação rodoviária e/ou sinalética vertical e, no presente, c/ dois buracos, mal sinalizados, junto à berma, por queda de 2 árvores. Perigo de acidente elevado! Chegados à propriedade do hotel, o meio ambiente está num estado de evidente "abandono" ao nível da conservação, manutenção e cuidado dos jardins, árvores e flora local. Em resumo: quem visita a vila de Fornos merece um melhor hotel de montanha.

Nada recomendable, SPA no funciona y no avisan

Spa estropeado, no acceso. Servicio malo y no hablan ni español ni inglés. La habitación estaba sucia, faltaban toallas. Encontramos hasta un bastoncillo de oido sucio. La recepción a la hora del check out estaba vacia, aunque dicen que es 24 horas, realmente es un número de teléfono que no contestan. El personal sólo habla portugues, no hablan ni inglés ni español. No había ni calefacción ni aire acondicionado en la habitación. Cubren el colchón con un plástico, porque van muchos jubilados y debe ser para las pérdidas de orina, pero se suda mucho en la cama. Intentamos usar el servicio de masages: en la recepción nos dirigieron a la segunda planta, de la segunda planta bajamos a pagar a la recepción y nos dijeron que subieramos primero a la segunda planta. Volvimos a bajar a pagar luego. Un desastre. No quería dejar de dar algún dato positivo del establecimiento y es que el desayuno estaba bien: fruta(kiwi y sandia), pan y un tipo de bolleria. habiamos estado previamente en este establecimiento y no nos habian tratado así. las vistas de la habitación son muy buenas. Después de esta experiencia no volveremos

Bom hotel, fraco serviço

Hotel com excelentes condições, vista fantástica sobre a serra da Estrela, piscina muito boa, atendimento muito fraco, a gestão deste hotel deveria considerar dar mais formação aos seus funcionários, falta de experiência ou de formação dos mesmos é muito evidente, por exemplo andar a servir o jantar e a mascar pastilha elástica de boca aberta não fica bem, tartar os clientes por tu também não, estar á frente de um bar de hotel e não saber servir um Gin tônico que por acaso custa 10€... Entre outras coisas, fiquei muito insatisfeito por parte dos serviços de funcionários, par o tipo de hotel e as condições que apresenta acho que merece muito mais!!

Une option a l'ecart des gdes routes touristiques

Un nouveau hotel, belle vue sur la Serra da Estrela, chambres grandes et confortables. Je garde un souvenir positif mais aussi l'idée que cela se passe bien grâce au personnel et malgré la (mauvaise) volonté de la direction: sur la porte coulissante d'entrée une interdiction de photographier et les repas, ou consommations au bar ne peuvent pas être portées sur la factrure, le séjour est payable à l'arrivée, point. L'hotel fonctionne surtout avec les groupes de tourisme social, 55+ ans, ce qui explique peut-être cela et une restauration sans interêt.

Hotel agradável com paisagem excelente. Próximo da Serra da estrela (mais ou menos 40 minutos de carro). O SPA não está incluído na reserva dos quartos sendo pago à parte incluindo o uso da piscina interior (não está mencionado que se paga o acesso à mesma) que foi uma desilusão. por 50 minutos de utilização da piscina cobram 12€. pequeno almoço variado e com muita oferta. preço de jantar no hotel por 17€ por pessoa (existem varios restaurantes na vila onde se poderá gastar menos). quartos com limpeza geral aceitável mas camas muito desconfortáveis. TV só com meia dúzia de canais e maior parte estrangeiros.

Séjour au Palace "Termas de St Miguel"

Séjour agréable uniquement grâce au SPA, très belle et grande chambre climatisée. Par contre, nous sommes encore sous le choc par rapport aux incendies qui étaient tout autour de nous. Nous avons regrettés de ne pas avoir d'information auprès de la réception (ne parlait pas français). Nous sommes restés confinés dans notre chambre toute la journée du lundi 16.10.2017 compte tenu des fumées épaisses et toxiques à l'extérieur. Nous étions sans TV et sans information. Heureusement, nous avons pu prendre notre avion le lendemain.

Pequeno Almoço muito mau. O valor da estadia nao englobou nem sequer um mergulho na piscina... Preços muito caros, tudo pago à parte. Fiquei por exemplo de boca aberta quando vi que 20 min no sauna e banho turco tinha de pagar 9€... A unica coisa que ainda salva o Hotel é a paisagem. Fora isso, para mim nao é um hotel 4 estrelas... ou entao eu é que ja tenho bastantes termos de comparação e tornei me demasiado exigente...
