Formiguères is a haven of peace, ideal for breathing in the fresh mountain air. You'll be close to nature: the Lladure, a pretty river, the forest, and numerous hiking trails, all within a 15-minute walk of the village where you'll find all the shops you might need. By car, you'll be 10 minutes from the Formiguères ski resort, 15 minutes from Lakes Matemale and Puyvalador, 45 minutes from Spain, and 1 hour from Andorra. This cottage, renovated in a mountain style, offers a cool and peaceful atmosphere in a warm setting. Located on the ground floor, this apartment, with three sides exposed, has been completely personalized and decorated by the owner. It has a private entrance and is surrounded by an open gravel terrace bordering the street. You access the terrace with garden furniture at the front from the entrance. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a relaxation area near the wood-burning stove, and a dining room opening onto a rear terrace. There is one bedroom (one double bed and one single bed) with an en-suite shower room. A separate toilet is also provided. Parking is available on-site (not enclosed). The owner's secondary residence is located upstairs. A basket of firewood will be provided. Located near Formiguères, a pretty mountain village, yet close to the center, you will appreciate the location of this gîte.
