✻ A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO BE ✻
The open and airy main room makes for a welcome place to return after a day of wine tasting or relaxing on the river. Our TV is connected to cable, Netflix, commercial-free YouTube, and a DVD player. You can also connect to our audio setup via bluetooth.

The full kitchen is stocked and ready for a chef, barista, or sommelier. A full espresso machine and pour-over coffee/tea setup (alongside a Mr. Coffee) is available for use, with instructions for the caffeine-curious.

The three bedrooms feature premium memory-foam + coil mattresses (a king bed and 2 queens), and room darkening drapes. That and the quiet darkness of the countryside neighborhood will help ensure a deep sleep.

The large back deck offers sun chairs, a propane grill, and a panoramic view into the forest. The garage hosts a game room with ping pong and darts. The driveway fits two cars, with room for a third on the street.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. Mirabel Heights is a little community on the river with a small town feel. You'll see lots of our neighbors taking an afternoon stroll or walking their dog, and they're quite friendly. Feel free to say hi!

We had the best time in this house. The place looks better than in the picture and has everything you need. The house itself is beautiful with a great view of the surrounding trees, spacious, modern and just overall lovely. The location is great, a few minutes walking distance to a local store and 16 m to Johnson Beach and downtown. We loved every minute of our stay and already planning our return.

This rental looks exactly like the photos and is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen has everything you need and more, and the view out the back windows and from the deck is lovely. There is plenty of seating and space for everyone, and the ping pong table is a great bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and fun to explore. I highly recommend this rental!

We liked this property. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen pantry was well stocked with essentials. While this isn't the owner's fault, the neighborhood was kind of rundown and the neighbor's dog barked constantly at night.

Such a restful place to stay, beautiful and equipped for the whole family. My toddler loved the patio and her favorite Disney movie was available on the TV. Huge kitchen that multiple people used at the same time. 20-30 minute drive to the coast and down the street from the River. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay!

My family and I had an exceptional experience after staying a weekend at Somms Rest. So much so that we booked another stay before we even checked out! A day before our stay, we receiving thorough instructions on how to access the home as well as checkout instructions. The home was clean and stocked with plenty of home essentials which made us feel at home. The hosts were also extremely attentive in ensure a comforting stay. We lookforward to our return! :)

Fabulous Place!

Fantastic place! Wonderful layout and furnishing. Owners generously provide coffee, spices and condiments for cooking. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. Beds are comfortable. The great room is a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. Spacious and cozy all at the same time. They also provide many puzzles and games to play. House instructions are clear and also include great suggestions for things to do in the area. Looking forward to staying here again.

We stayed one night in this cute,well appointed home. There was everything we needed and more. We easily could’ve stayed more nights. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were large and fully functional. Kitchen was large with anything you needed. The home was also beautifully decorated. I was warned that there was no cell service and that was true. The WiFi worked well.

If you’re looking for comfort, beauty, spaciousness, and all the amenities, this is your place. So much attention to detail! The beds are comfortable, the linens are soft, the chairs are comfortable, and range from soft to supportive for everyone’s back. The kitchen is wonderfully organized and more than complete. The lighting is excellent, both natural and installed. Quiet and beautiful, it’s the best!
