This is a new residence is delivered to fall 2024.

Discover this beautiful 70m2 duplex facing south with warm decoration and high quality materials.

An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.

The apartment is made up of a living room opening onto a furnished 12m2 terrace facing south.

The living room offers an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge area with an electric fireplace and a 140 cm sofa bed.
You will also find a bathroom, a separate toilet and two bedrooms.
A first bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm bed with a TV and the second bedroom is a sleeping area with a 90*200 cm bunk bed.

On the level up you will find a bathroom as well as a separate toilet, a double bed 160 cm bed with a TV. A relaxation area with sofa completes the mezzanine.
