In Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 120 m² chalet with jacuzzi and sauna, mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Lower floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) that can be brought together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 3: double sofa bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Wellness area with jacuzzi (sleeps 4) and sauna
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior
- A 10 m² balcony, south-facing
- A 20 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public spaces in the street around the chalet or in the unnumbered outdoor parking space.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, approx. 3 km away.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes approx. 90 km away.
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

- A chalet is under construction in front of the accommodation. The work may cause visual disturbance.

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €40/pet (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use
