Pictures were better than in real. Not well cleaned, a bit damaged for some furniture and kitchen equipments. Lack of intimité on the terrasse, we could see the neighbours upstairs and downstairs through the spaces between the wooden slates. If you are not lucky you can have a flat with a nice view on the montain but the you will be just in front of the carousel which plays loud music all the afternoon until 7:30pm. The swimming pool has no interest at all. If you want a quiet stay I would not recommend this place.
Our stay was pleasant. The apartment was very confortable and there was a lot of space. Good facilities with the swimming pool and sauna. We'll recommend. The parking free is very convenient too. Friendly staff.
Cosy, clean accommodation, convenient location, friendly helpful staff, swift return of deposit. Lack of storage in second bedroom but decent drying facility with retractable line in bathroom. Apartments warm with plenty of hot water. Beds firm but comfortable. Compact kitchen area. Well equipped with crockery and pots, coffee machine and microwave. Kettle and other appliances available from reception. Could do with an extra cupboard to store food. Large fridge with icebox and decent dishwasher. Laundrette small but efficient. €10 for large wash and dry (detergent supplied). Have stayed 4 years in a row and looking forward to a fifth!
Perfect location for skiing and in town center. Satisfactory logding (clean and spacious). Kind staff listening to needs. Swimming pool to restore; need of more kitchen hardware in appartments; handicaped people parking places to be reserved on arrival and preserved from disgusting squatters.
The residence is really just opposite the telecabine to go to the ski slopes/Ski school. The place is clean, quite spacious for a ski resort, they have parking spaces and lockers for the ski. One star down though for the pool. We only used it once and it was not a good experience. The whole pool room strongly smelt of chlorine as well as being very damp and showers were cold (good thing is that with those conditions there were not too many people in it!). So all in all very good but don't expect to use the pool..
Great place to go to with kids! Clean, comfy and with everything you need! Amazing location just a few steps away from the lift to go skiing and in the very center for shopping. Nice food shops around the corner!
Good expierence. the location was excelent, Clean rooms and staff good attention. the pool was not as good as expected but the kids enjoyed the pool time after skiing... (I missed a bathrobe for the pool wardrobe area, was freezong cold!)Will come back for sure.
A huge disappointment!!!!! Une grande déception!!!!! Our apartment is a dark, cold, depressing basement! Barely any windows and no view! Une grotte déprimant et sombre, sans vue des montagnes! We are here as an extended family, with grandparents and small kids. So some of us ski and some of us need to be in the apartment part of the day while the baby naps and the grandparents like to spend some time inside relaxing and reading. We had looked forward to this lovely, relaxing Christmastime in the mountains, spending time together cooking, reading, and enjoying meals, while looking out at the beautiful surroundings. But forget it! Pas de chance! It’s a beautiful sunny day outside but we need the lights on in the apartment in order to see - it’s so dark and dreary! The floor is ice cold (we are above the parking garage) and the children can’t sit to play. Everyone has freezing cold feet in spite of the heaters being on full blast. (And it’s not even below zero outside) No carpets or area rugs, just ice cold tiles. The bare tile floor also means tons of noise from the upstairs apartment until late every night. Every chair scrape is basically loud enough to wake our whole family up and we can hear just about every word they say. Staff weren’t rude but just shrugged, it’s full and they don’t have any in our apartment size with a view they said... And even though we arrived first, they refused to at least put us on a higher floor as the apartments are assigned in order of booking - typical helpless French “customer service” where they act like they can’t do anything and are totally apathetic about it. So we spent a small fortune and still end up wasting half our mountain holidays sitting in the cold and dark. It’s mostly clean (for French standards), spacious, fairly well-equipped, and a good location if you just want to ski all day. But I would not recommend it for families! Also the water in the pool is disgusting, very murky. Be warned, call first and figure out what exactly you’re getting when you book! Or better yet, stay somewhere else!
Price and offer is correct, very centric and personal very helpful. Hairdresser, baby bed and toaster is available on demand. The only thing to say is that wifi was not working at all during our whole visit.
We booked a room for two adults and two children and they gave us a living room with a sofa-bed, tiny and impossible for us to live there so we left the same the the hotel and they didn't give us a single cent back.
