The condo was extremely clean and location was perfect. The space was well appointed and super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. I hope to rent this unit again in the future. The only downside is VRBOs fee structure. The host and VRBO take separate amounts out at different times. I didn’t realize the host (Charleston Coast Vacations) would charge my account not just VRBO. I contacted VRBO and got the run around. VRBOs lack of customer service was frustrating. Thankfully a call to Charleston Coast Vacations cleared up all my concerns. I plan to book directly with Charleston Coast Vacations for my next visit. Back to the unit, I have stayed at many short term rentals but this unit exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and quality. I appreciated the laundry pods, dishwasher pods and paper towels. A big thank you to the customer service folks at Charleston Coast Vacations and the cleaning crew.

Property was well maintained and nicely furnished. The location was great,right on the beach with a great view right from our balcony. The condo was well laid out,clean,bright and nicely furnished. It was well stocked with all the necessities and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed there right after Labor day and the beach and pools were not crowded at all. It was within walking distance of a number of restaurants and a short drive to downtown Charleston. Property management was extremely responsive and helpful. All in all, one of the best vacation places ives stayed. We would definitely stay there again!

Great time on Folly Beach

The condo was very nice and in a great location. The management team was very responsive when we needed parking passes for the garage. The only negatives were that the A/C seemed to be struggling to cool the condo, there were not enough wash cloths, and the washer and dryer weren't the best.These were all minor inconveniences though and we had a great time there. We would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful View - Great Location

The condo is in the best location. Easy to walk to everything on the main street and a great balcony to enjoy the view of the beach while you're there. We loved the condo there was plenty of room for everyone.

Family and fun

The property was just as pictured. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the large balcony facing the ocean.

Great location

Great location on the beach. Adequate amenities, nicely appointed. Only complaint was TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, and we were unable to get it resolved before trip end. Everything g else was pretty much seamless.

Incredible Spot to enjoy all Folly Beach has to offer!

My family spent 2 weeks at this incredible property right on the beach. We enjoyed relaxing days walking on the beach and chilling on the terrace breathing in the sea air. Perfect spot to escape the dreariness of a North East Winter. The condo was impeccably clean with plenty of space for everyone. Short drive into downtown Charleston to enjoy all that gorgeous town has to offer. Also enjoyed strolling along Folly's main street. You can walk to everywhere from the property. It was great for my young adult children (in their 20's) to go off on their own to explore and make special memories. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! The management company was extremely responsive and professional, special shout out to Briley!

Great Friends Vacation

We were very pleased with the experience. The view was awesome and the condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing we needed that we couldn’t find was an egg turner/thin spatula 😊. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Exceeded our Expectations!

This was a first time VRBO rental experience for us and this property was everything we were hoping for! It is exactly as advertised; direct waterfront on Folly Beach. Rooms in the unit were as pictured and very spacious. Unit was clean and nicely stocked with a starter amount of dish-washing tabs, soaps, shampoo, etc. We all enjoyed the sunrise from the spacious deck. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect accommodations for our family group of 3 couples and 2 toddlers. Arrival and departure instructions were clear and easily understood.

A little bit of heaven

This is what every vacation rental should be like. Clean, modern, spacious, high quality furniture, and appliances with a very tasteful and extremely well done interior renovation. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at.
