Great location

Loved the layout and decor. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Wish it had a more direct view of the beach and that beach towels were provided. Appreciated having a washer and dryer and ice! Beautiful area to visit, enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Can’t beat the location!!

A group of us stayed here for our friends wedding at Folly Beach. The property was super clean, easy to access, and close to all the bars and restaurants! The private parking was a bonus too as we decided to rent a car last minute. Everything was great and we will definitely be back!

Wedding Weekend in Charleston

We flew down to Charleston for a wedding weekend and decided to stay at Folly Beach - there were 5 of us - 3 adults, 2 children. The place is as advertised - homely, clean, organized, and the directions and communications were seamless. If you go to Folly for a beach excursion, this is absolutely the place to stay - perfect location to the beach and main street. Also easy to get to Downtown Charleston (20 minutes) or the airport (35 minutes). If we plan to be back in Folly, will check to see if available first thing. Can't recommend more highly.

Spring Break

We stayed for 6 nights! Location was perfect, condo had everything we needed and was clean! Parking was very convenient and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops with ease. Check in process was smooth. Definitely would stay next time back in the area!

Great spot. Perfect location for beach and restaurants. The condo was perfect for our group. Roomy, well equipped, reserved parking close to elevator. Great large outdoor deck with ocean view. Easy access to beach just across the street. Definitely recommend.

Celebration weekend

We gathered from 3 corners of the country to celebrate our son and Daughter in love with a baby shower for our first grandchild coming in July. They had lived in Charleston for years before a career move to Cincinnati. Back in town for a wedding, I booked this condo at the beach for all of us to enjoy the beautiful beach and gorgeous weather. A local restaurant, Jalisco (huge shout out!!!), was the site of the shower where all their local friends joined us. The condo was the perfect location - right across from the beach and an easy walk to great lunch places. We had six chairs and 3 umbrellas set up by a beach chair company and spent the day. The condo was very comfortable. Loved the convenient chargers for phones, iPads and Apple watches. The beds were comfortable too. Great showers! Extremely clean and the balcony was spacious and so pleasant. The negatives were minor and didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of the weekend, and the management company is very accessible and communicative. While the location was great, be aware that there are lots of late night partying that goes on at the beach and that comes with noise. Not a huge bother for us but there were some loud disagreements in the street ! Overall, it was a very nice place in a fabulous location!

Great location and a clean unit

We had 8 people in the condo for our girls' trip, and the condo worked well for us. Since the 4th bed is a full pullout sofa, it would've been most comfortable with 7 people but it worked fine for us. The location was ideal--just across the street was the beach and a block over was the main strip of Folly Beach with bars and restaurants. The condo was clean and well maintained with just two minor issues--the coffee pot was broken and the over ceiling fan/light in the living room flickered constantly. Overall the condo worked well for us and I'd definitely consider staying here again!

Amazing location

Amazing location. Close to everything but you also miss out on the noise. Not ocean front, but very easy short walk. Clean, great set up. They had everything we needed on site. Can opener, cigar cutter, bottle openers, matches, everything you can think of and more! I thought we were loud coming in late one night and apologized to the neighbor and she said she never heard us the entire trip. So we’ll built property. Could not have been happier with the property, huge fan and will look forward to my next visit there. Thanks!

Everything was fine. Need some mixing bowls in the Kitchen, need a broom and dust pan. Living room furniture getting a little shabby. Needs at least 2 more dining room chairs.
