Follypalooza takes luxurious outdoor living and family fun to a whole new level, with the May 2023 NEW addition of an expansive outdoor deck, private pool (heated or cooled upon request), 7-seat hot tub for relaxing and listening to ocean waves under the stars, all perfectly designed to capture those ocean views. You will appreciate the thoughtful details that went into the pool design starting with the pool's size of 16' x 26' and 3' to 5' deep, with a shallow play area for the littlest ones in your group and a bench seat the full length of the pool. plus a generously-sized deck area and an abundance of space for lounging around the pool. There is a rinse off shower located adjacent to the pool making for an easy transition straight from the beach. Plus, you can experience the treat that comes with a shower filled with fresh-air, sunshine and privacy in the separate, outdoor shower with a dressing room and lighting located on the side of the house.

Follypalooza has been professionally designed with show-stopping interiors and every detail carefully curated for “home away from home” comfort. This level includes the living, kitchen, and dining spaces, plus another covered porch – and all boast ocean views! Additionally, there is a full bathroom for added convenience. In the stunning, well-stocked kitchen you'll find everything you need to create memorable meals with updated cabinets, quartz countertops, a coffee bar with a second sink and beverage fridge, and new stainless-steel appliances. The dining table seats eight adults comfortably and the island seats three. Benches allow for little ones to squeeze in too. The porch, with delightful breezes and ocean views, offers the ideal spot for al fresco dining and new sectional seating makes this cozy spot a wonderful place to curl up with morning coffee or enjoy drinks before dinner.
The third floor includes another guest bedroom sporting a pair of QUEEN beds with an ensuite bath, and a second living room bathed in sunlight from the skylights above and showcasing a wall of windows that frame the views. With a nod to Hollywood, this room is a great spot for tv, movies, sporting events, foosball, board games, and puzzles. The kids will love playing with the provided games that include the foosball table, corn hole, and bocce ball. Access Each of our luxury vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests' stay will be provided by your Concierge on the date of your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Folly Beach has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines.

Absolutely perfect!
This property couldn’t have been more perfect! The house has everything you could possibly need! The kitchen was beyond equipped for cooking and entertaining. Pool and hot tub were great for the kids. The beach entrance is right across the street. Pier and restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. We did bring extra beach towels and I would recommend bringing or renting beach chairs. Super clean and exactly as described.
