This spacious 130 m² holiday home is ideal for families or two generations wishing to spend their vacation together, directly by the water. The location offers a rare combination of sea views, direct beach access, and close proximity to the lively harbour area.



The house is spread over two floors and includes three bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen and open-plan dining area with space for shared cooking and long meals together. The first floor features the living room and bedrooms, all with access to a terrace where you can enjoy the water views and sunsets.



From the property, there is direct access to the beach, and just a few minutes’ walk brings you to the harbour with restaurants, shops, a playground, and ferry connections to Sejerø and Nekselø. The area is perfect for both active days and peaceful moments.
