This is the most beautiful setting you could imagine- the pool, the river and beautiful green all around. It was very convenient to downtown Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dream Fields. Plenty of room to spread out- very clean and updated decor, very welcoming. I went into a few of the other rental houses our team stayed in and this one was by far the nicest! Highly recommend!

This property exceeded all expectations. The house is well kept on the inside, the pool is an added luxury on the outside and the location by the creek will put anyone at ease. Cannot rate this highly enough.

Perfect Cooperstown Dream Park Vacation Home

What a beautiful home! Every room is spacious. The pool was an added bonus for those hot days! And 4 full bathrooms. The owners put a lot of thought into this home -- They did a fantastic job with the layout, furniture and amenities. Super convenient to the ball fields and downtown. Sit back and relax in the evenings. Enjoy your evening's relaxing by the campfire looking at the stars and listening to the creek. If you're looking for the perfect spot for your Cooperstown experience, parents jump in this property immediately. It's well worth the money.

Baseball week #2

Stayed for our second week at dreams park. The house is a short drive to the fields. The house was very clean and spacious. We didn’t have a lot of down time so didn’t get much time to enjoy the pool.

Cooperstown delight

Great stay in Cooperstown - the house was nice and well appointed (very comfortable beds!). We cooked several meals at the house and enjoyed downtown Cooperstown as well. Kayaking on the lake was a highlight. The pool was small but our kids enjoyed. Only downside was the pool is only cleaned on Fridays, (and there was crazy rain over the weekend before our stay on Monday which filled the pool with debris) so we had to clean the pool ourselves with inadequate pool cleaning tools. Otherwise a good stay.

Short title

Property was wonderful. Location is really convenient for Glimmerglass and Cooperstown. Booking and check in were easy. Furnishings were nice, not extravagant but comfortable and functional so that you weren't concerned about using.

Cooperstown Dreams Park Experience

We couldn't have chosen a more ideal place to stay for our family of 6. I was under 10 minutes to downtown Cooperstown and the Dreams Park. The property was immaculate and well equipped with everything we would want away from home. The heated pool was amazing for the kids. Even the unexpected wakeup to a turtle laying eggs in the dirt on the property next to the river made the stay unforgettable for our large family. I could even imagine two smaller families staying there together in comfort. I would recommend this for anyone looking for the ideal place to stay for their Cooperstown Dreams Park experience!
