Café da manhã ruim, quarto não tinha a limpeza adequada então atacou todas as minhas alergias, esqueci produtos de pele de uso contínuo para um tratamento e me disseram que nada foi encontrado. Sei que eles ficaram no banheiro, mas eles seguem dizendo que nada foi encontrado. Ou seja, se você se hospedar e esquecer algo de maior valor, apenas aceite o seu destino. Você PERDEU o seu ítem. Além disso, muito barulho da rua não foi possível dormir direito. Não indico.

Estrutura do hotel é péssima, quando chegamos a recepcionista informou que teríamos que pagar R$20,00 por dia pra deixar o carro num estacionamento minusculo com uma entrada horrível, e em nenhum momento durante a reserva isso foi informado. No quarto tem um frigobar mas não tem nada dentro se quiser tomar água tem que ir até a recepção pra pagar e pegar uma garrafa, o elevador range horrores parece que vai cair sempre, o ar condicionado é super antigo e alem de não funcionar direito todas as noites quando a pessoa do andar de cima ligava o dela ficava pigando em cima do nosso fazendo um barulho horrível com eco dentro do quarto o que não nos deixou dormir durante as 3 noites, enfim, simplesmente horrível, não vi nada de bom nesse lugar todo.
