Ao chegarmos no hotel fomos informados que houve um problema no sistema e que nossa reserva não foi confirmada, e que não tinha quarto disponível, lamentável! Eles nos levaram para um flat próximo, mas muito aquém do que esperávamos encontrar no hotel, não tinha elevador e tivemos que solicitar toalhas e agua para este flat! Forq eu tinhamos que nos deslocar 2 quadra para ir até o hotel e a praia!

O quarto era confortável para 5 pessoas Café da manhã muito bom A única coisa que precisa ser revista é o fechamento da porta que dá acesso à praia que não fecham e entra pessoas que não estão hospedado no hotel.

Chegamos e o quarto que era pra ter 2 camas queen, na verdade era uma cama de casal e a outra eram duas de solteiras de tamanhos diferentes juntas para parecerem queen, o chuveiro não esquenta, o ar condicionado não funcionava, e desde o primeiro dia foram avisados, quando fomos embora ainda não tinha sido consertado, os funcionários não temos do que reclamar, mas a estadia, a estrutura deixou muito a desejar

Um bom hotel, apartamento bem espaçoso. Reservamos um com vista pro mar, mas infelizmente o telhado do salão de eventos impossibilita de ver o mar, somente uma pequena parte. O café da manhã é bem variado.o atendimento dos funcionários foi impecável. Ótima localização, rua calma.

Hotel com instalações antigas, porem feito uma reforma. Deixando a desejar muito na limpeza, banheiros muito sujos(torneiras sujas, chão sujo) e com muito odor. Limpeza dos quartos bem por cima, inclusive encontramos papel e meias no nosso quarto no chão que não era nossas, provavelmente de outros hóspedes( mas na limpeza não notaram isso?). Café da manhã razoável, faltava várias coisas, pão era velho. Falta um pouco de vontade dos funcionários.

Muito bom!! Pé areia mesmo 😍

Gostamos muito, pé na areia,uma sombra boa em frente,praia boa, restaurante do hotel na praia , piscina beira mar, café da manhã bom(faltou pão de queijo), tinha bastante frutas. Podemos levar nosso cooler na praia bem tranquilo, estacionamento junto ao hotel descoberto bem tranquilo fácil acesso pra pegar as coisas ou sair.

Mto bom, atenção no atendimento no turno da manha

Estadia boa, como em todos lugares têm funcionários que parecem não estar interessados em atender. Único ponto foi um funcionário não aceitar auxiliar na troca das toalhas, fazendo enxugarmos-nos com toalhas molhadas. Tirando isso, estadia de alta qualidade.

Nunca mais volto!

Tive uma péssima experiência ao utilizar o hotel. Recepcionista extremamente grosseiro, exigiu que enviássemos uma cópia do documento para ficar arquivado, sendo que conforme a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, nenhum estabelecimento pode exigir ficar com cópia guardada, e sim apenas conferir que os dados são da pessoa apresentada. Outro ponto foi que fiz o pagamento via site de reserva, com comprovante descrito como PAGO, e o recepcionista ficou não dizendo que NAO ESTAVA PAGO, maior absurdo possível! Camas super duras, e barulhentas, ar condicionado barulhento! E no final as 07:30 da manhã nos enviaram mensagem dizendo que o CHECKOUT era as 11:00 (praticamente nós expulsando da estadia), podiam enviar mensagem mas as 10:00 horas, que estaria próximo da saída! Espero que melhorem!!!
