New apartment, large and comfortable. Come rest and enjoy Florianópolis Island on the beach, only 280 m from the sea. It has full kitchen, fridge, stove, washing machine. Living room with tv, cable tv and wifi. Two bedrooms with suites. Air in the rooms. Toilet. Hobby Box Sun all day long. Two parking spaces. I offer face cloth, pillows, carpet in the bathrooms. I do not provide sheets. Wide street. Next to the famous Italian ice cream shop Monte Pelmo. Near Rua das Gaivotas, Centrinho dos Ingleses, supermarkets, restaurants, playground for children.
