Na madrugada do dia 25 para 26, fiquei alguns minutos chamando no portão e uma gangue de motoqueiros passavam na rua. Fiquei com medo, mas nada aconteceu. Seria bom se fornecessem controle do portão para quem não está de carro tbm ou fizessem um portão de entrada com tag ou chave. Outro ponto negativo: as camareiras faziam muito barulho e conversavam alto durante a manhã. Um dia a tarde, estava dormindo e uma delas abriu minha porta que estava trancada. Estava coberta, mas sem roupa. Fiquei constrangida com essa situação. Elas deveriam ser orientadas a não abrir as portas dos quartos. Todos os funcionários do restaurante foram maravilhosos. Todos da recepção foram maravilhosos. Esqueci o nome da recepcionista, mas ela foi uma fofa! Super simpática e carinhosa. O Sérgio tbm é muito atencioso e simpático. Enfim, amei a estadia. O hotel é super bem localizado e indicaria com certeza. Achei estranho que parece que a forma de pagamento foi a vista e eu tinha selecionado o parcelamento. Vou conferir novamente.

Hotel com estrutura ruim, mas ótimos funcionários

O quarto estava limpo, com toalhas limpas. O problema era o cheiro do quarto, não descobri o motivo, mas o cômodo estava com um cheiro ruim, que parecia de bolor, também tive a impressão de que o ralo do banheiro soltava um odor desagradável, que ia para o quarto. Os atendentes foram ótimos e simpáticos, uma pena que a estrutura não seja compatível com os funcionários.
