All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. The restaurant/pizzería is excellent! My only complaint is that the room didn’t have a rack to place the luggage and had to be left on the floor. The corner closet is extremely small and uncomfortable to accommodate your clothes. The WiFi kept disconnecting and the TV was very complicated to use with two remotes. The rooms would benefit from an update. The location is excellent.

Very small and dark room. So small that we couldn't move around. The closet was 1m³, so tiny. We couldn't open the curtains because the room was next to another building with no privacy. We asked for a room with a view and got that one. Other rooms seemed to have the same horrible view. Breakfast was bad, not very tasty. The coffee machine was broken, then fixed but made horrible coffee, very watery and extremely sweet cappuccino. We never got any help from the staff with our luggage. We had to pay extra for the parking. We are usually not picky about hotels, but this experience was very subpar.

My stay at Ibis was a great choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the Friday night pasta dinner amazing. The hotel is well located and surrounded by good restaurants, market, and pharmacy, easy to move around in the city. There’s no gym, the room is small but clean and sufficient for a short stay. I recommend it for business trips and probably will get back.
