While the hotel benefits from a convenient location, my overall experience was disappointing. The staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, and the level of cleanliness left much to be desired. Additionally, the property appears quite dated and would benefit from renovations to improve guest comfort.

The hotel is lowkey a catfish. For example I was researching hotels and like some where too expensive some where to out of hand. This hotel was perfect. Perfect price, luxirous inages and everything just seemend perfect, but not for long… We came info the room, it had 1 tiny window(un like the big luxiry windows show) the floor had hair on it, and the show stopper, a clogged toilet with skid marks on it; yes you heard that right, poop from the past owner mixed with A BUNCH of toilet paper, the toilet was clogged and we couldjt use it. How great am i right? The front receiptionaist was so nice, some people we’re also nice. The beach was… cute, and they did have yummy breakfast, like the nutella cake was to DIE for. But dirty floor, some mean people, dirty and clogged toilet and the room it self being a total CATFISH, made this experience not the… best.

Quarto limpo, funcionarios prestativos, café da manhã excelentee um bom estacionamento interno. Tem alguns detalhes precisando de uma reforma, mas nada que atrapalhe. O unico inconveniente foi que reservei uma pousada pé na areia mas estava ocorrendo os jogos internos da UDESC bem em frente a pousada impossibilitando o uso da areia por conta das quadras e tendas montadas ali.

O café da manhã tava ótimo, tem estacionamento no hotel e é bem seguro tem várias câmeras aos arredores, quarto foi limpo os dois dias, lençóis e condições tudo dentro do normal, a piscina foi limpa os dois dias da minha hospedagem eu mesmo vi sendo limpa, o portão que dar saída direto a praia é fechado a chave pela noite o que trás mais segurança, funcionários foram excelentes tanto na checkin quando ao checkout, ficarei feliz em voltar em breve.

Gostaria de formalizar uma reclamação referente à minha estadia entre os dias 27/03 e 29/03. No meu primeiro dia, precisei trabalhar durante toda a tarde no quarto, mas o ar-condicionado não funcionava, tornando o ambiente extremamente quente. Apesar de termos solicitado uma solução na recepção ao final do expediente, nada foi feito, o que resultou em uma noite muito desconfortável. No segundo dia, ao retornar do café da manhã, fui surpreendida por um técnico realizando a manutenção no banheiro do meu quarto. Embora o profissional tenha sido gentil, não fui informada de que alguém entraria no quarto, deixando meus pertences expostos, o que causou grande constrangimento. Ao reportar o ocorrido na recepção, a funcionária informou que havia liberado a entrada por acreditar que eu já havia sido realocada para outro quarto — o que nunca aconteceu. Ao expressar minha insatisfação com o custo-benefício da hospedagem até aquele momento, recebi uma resposta ríspida: "esse problema já não é comigo, algo mais em que posso ajudar?". Escrevo para registrar minha profunda decepção com a falta de empatia, a falha de comunicação, baixo custo benefício dado o ocorrido e a ausência de cortesia no atendimento. Espero que as devidas providências sejam tomadas para que outros hóspedes não passem pela mesma experiência negativa.
