Equipe excelente , boa acomodação, porém dois fatores devem melhorar. O ar condicionado do quarto fica diretamente em cima da cama, o que trás grande incômodo para o hóspede. Os lençóis não foram trocados nenhuma vez durante a nossa estadia, diferente das toalhas que foram trocadas todos os dias. O café da manhã excelente e o buffet servido no almoço muito bem elaborado.

Teria disso excelente se não fosse o fato de ter sido acomodado em um andar abaixo da sala de eventos do hotel. Não se hospedem no décimo primeiro andar, a não ser que não queiram ter paz em seus quartos, pois o arrasta móveis é bizarro. Tamanho do quarto, cama, café da manhã, localização e recepcionistas são os pontos positivos desse hotel.
