Quiet and Romantic

It's a quiet and nice place. The best thing are the facilities and the staff. It's good place for a family trip it's best if you have children. And it's also wonderful for a romance. You have nice sea food restaurants nearby, the food is really good!

O lugar é bonito,a vista é linda dos fundos da pousada,piscina boa,porém deixa a desejar!!chegamos e o quarto ainda nao estava pronto ,reparei que as pessoas saem do local,limpam de qualquer jeito e ja deslocam outras pessoas nesse mesmo quarto onde estavam,foi o que aconteceu conosco.cafe da manha ruim,frio e pouca opção

Nunca mais, experiência péssima !

Péssima experiência. Entramos no quarto e o mal cheiro era insuportável, algo semelhante a urina. O ar condicionado não tinha controle e precisaram pegar de outro quarto. O Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto e quando questionamos a recepção a resposta foi que seria solucionado no dia seguinte mas os dias passaram e nada foi feito.. Quando fizemos a reserva solicitamos cama de casal mas tivemos dois colchões de solteiro um mais alto que o outro em cima de uma estrutura de casal foi totalmente desconfortável de dormir. No café da manhã não exigiam máscaras e a maioria dos hóspedes circulavam e se serviam sem, não havia nem álcool em gel para higienização das mãos, onde está a precaução do COVID?? Sem falar que fomos em vários horários diferentes e sempre faltava items como pratos e talheres sem contar que demoravam uma vida para repor o básico como presunto e queijo, independente de ir cedo ou tarde era toda vez a mesma coisa. Os únicos pontos que condiziam com a descrição oferecida no Hoteis.com foi a área externa que era muito bela, mas a piscina estava suja. Havia a regra do silêncio após as 22h mas alguns hóspedes ficavam gritando e de algazarra e nada era feito pela administração, zero consideração pelos demais que estavam hospedamos. Única coisa que era realmente boa e sem defeito era o chuveiro do quarto porque o restante era realmente péssimo, um lugar que nunca voltaremos e nem recomendaremos.

Decepção

Me decepcionei com a pousada, nao é nada disso q mostra nas fotos. Reservei pelas fotos, porém não da acesso a praia, existe uma água suja da praia no fundo da pousada. Chegando na pousada após 10hs de viagem, era nitida a falta de manutenção e pintura. Quarto com paredes descascando, toalhas ralinhas de tanto uso, precisava solicitar todos os dias as trocas das mesmas e papel higienico mesmo solicitando servico de quarto todos os dias. Café da Manhã bem simples e bolos ressecados. Extintor de incendio vencidos. Piscina suja e ducha não funcionava e para piorar chegamos anoite para dormir recebemos a visita de barata e lagartixa. Responsaveis pelo APP Hoteis deveriam fazer avaliações antes de incluir nas suas opções de pousadas e hoteis tão ruins.

O LUGAR É ACONCHEGANTE, AGRADÁVEL E TRANQUILO... O QUE FALTA É UMA BOA ADMINISTRAÇÃO. O CAFÉ DA MANHÃ É MUITO FRACO PELO QUE SE PAGA. AVISEI SOBRE UMA LIXEIRA QUE ESTAVA TRANSBORDANDO JÁ A DOIS DIAS E SÓ NO TERCEIRO DIA FORAM LIMPAR. HAVIA VAZAMENTO NO TETO DO BANHEIRO, AVISEI UM DIA ANTES DE IR EMBORA E NADA FOI FEITO. Gostei muito da Pousada, porém é necessário realizar uma grande reforma, pois muita coisa não está em bom estado. O lugar é ótimo só este detalhe que não agradou, o atendimento tambem foi excelente.

A estadia só não foi perfeita pois ficamos no quarto 01, que fica no primeiro piso ao lado da cozinha, então o barulho vindo da mesma e da recepção incomodou na hora de descansar... de restante tudo beleza.

Limpeza e manutenção deixaram a desejar.

Infelizmente a limpeza do quarto / box chuveiro e manutenção geral deixaram a desejar. Rejunte do porcelanato do box sujo. Lençol manchado. Torneira do chuveiro caiu. Revestimento solto das prateleiras do armário do banheiro. Cadeira suja. Paredes do quarto com sinal de umidade.

A área externa é muito linda. Os quartos ruins, nos deixaram sem cobertas pois o rapaz da recepção estava dormindo, portas do quarto com problemas na fechaduras, com cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado não funciona no quente, o café simples, mas atende o preço da estada.

Impossível recomendar!

Experiência terrível! Não tinha água quente, só conseguimos um quarto com água quente no meio da madrugada depois de muita discussão, estavam sendo relutantes quanto a isso. Quartos sujos e em péssimas condições (muito mofo), vaso sanitário imundo, sem papel higiênico, apesar de sermos um casal nos disponibilizaram UM travesseiro e UMA toalha. Nota 0!
