Falta de manutenção, trincos das portas quebradas,pegamos o apto sujo, inclusive com teia de aranha, internet funcionou só no primeiro dia, depois mesmo entrando em contato não foi resolvido, piscina sempre suja, não usamos, e não é segura pra quem tem criança pequena. Ponto positivo, espaço bom e pé na areia.
