Maison au calme, très bien équipée et très agréable pour passer des vacances. Grande terrasse extérieure sans vis à vie et une piscine bien agréable. La maison est très bien située proche de Marseillan port et de Marseillan plage.

Une vacance inoubliable

La maison est très bien organisée, spacieuse et super propre; la piscine un rêve et la propriétaire toujours disponible et à l'écoute. À ça il faut rajouter que l'endroit est stratégique, à proximité de la mer mais aussi de villes et sites très intéressants et riches d'histoire. On y a passé des vacances inoubliables! Merci beaucoup pour nous avoir accueilli.

sympathique mais des points négatifs

Maison agréable, jardin sympathique mais par contre, pour le deuxième toilette , il faut savoir qu'il se trouve dans une cour arrière ! Pas simple en famille !!! Vu le prix de la location , cela serait bien que toutes les charges (eau, électricité ) soient comprises. En revanche propriétaire très sympathique.

Un bon séjour

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans une maison très agréable. Pour plus de confort , nous aurions souhaité qu’il y ait un Second toilette car nous étions 4 adultes. La literie d’une des chambres était trop molle à notre goût. La piscine et la terrasse étaient vraiment très agréable et nous en avons très largement profité. La propriétaire était très disponible et très accueillante.

Séverine.R Maison magnifique, les photos sur le site ne trompe pas. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille. Zeer aangenaam verblijf

Dit is een heel aangename vakantiewoning. U wordt ontvangen door de eigenares zelf, die door het jaar zelf in de woning woont en er haar praktijkruimte heeft. Tijdens de vakantieperiode woont ze elders, maar ze is altijd bereikbaar bij problemen. De woning is smaakvol ingericht, zuiders en met oog voor detail. De uitrusting van de woning is zeer compleet, met een overvloed aan keukenspullen, een wasmachine, droogrek en droogkast. Hangers voor in de kast zijn we zelf gaan halen, net als peper en zout en enkele kleine dingen die normaal wel te vinden zijn in een vakantiewoning. Maar net het feit dat het geen echte vakantiewoning is maakt deze woning super; ook de omliggende huizen worden vast bewoond wat ervoor zorgt dat er geen lawaai is in de omgeving van andere vakantiegangers die het al eens druk kunnen maken; rust en privacy gegarandeerd. In de living is er airco, en in de grote slaapkamer. De overige kamers hebben een ventilator, en 's avonds is er voldoende afkoeling. Enig minpunt; de grote slaapkamer heeft geen buitenraam, dus alle verfrissing moet komen van de airco. Er is overal voldoende kastruimte, en de bedden voldoen prima. Het bubbelbad werd sterk geapprecieerd door onze tienerdochters, de douche in de andere kamer is prima. Tv en dvd functioneren, net als al de rest in de woning in prima staat is. De tuin is rustig, volledig ingesloten maar zonder inkijk. Er is een zalig hoekje om te eten, een goede barbecue, enkele ligstoelen en een aangenaam zwembad. Het zwembad is niet diep (zo'n meter diep) maar is prima om in te hangen of zwemmen. Door de mogelijkheid het zwembad dicht te leggen kan dit ook opgewarmd geraken tot aangename temperaturen. Het zwembad grenst aan de praktijkruimte; dit is dus geen aanpalend pand en heeft absolute privacy. De ligging van het pand is prima, rustig in een doodlopende straat met parking (privé) vlak voor de deur. Naar de stranden is het een 20 minuten rijden, 25 voor de mooiere stranden van Le Cap d'Agde. Verder zijn er gigantisch veel mogelijkheden in de buurt, allen bereikbaar op max een uurtje rijden zoals Nîmes, Montpellier, Béziers, het charmante Pezenas en het mooie Sète, of vlakbij de haven van Marseillan (in tegenstelling tot het te vermijden Marseillan-plâge), en heel wat activiteiten voor de sportievelingen waaronder onze aanraders canyoning via office des moniteurs de Languedoc, kajak via rapido kajak en alle zotte toestanden voor de jeugd in le cap d'agde. Een aanrader!

Séjour de rêve à Florensac

Nous avons séjourné à Florensac 1 semaine avec deux enfants dont un bébé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour pour tant de raisons: tout d'abord la maison, parfaite, impeccable, superbement décorée et organisée, rien ne manque. Lave-linge et sèche-linge, climatisation et micro-onde..des atouts indéniables lorsqu'on voyage avec des enfants. Il y règne une ambiance chaleureuse et très invitante. L'extérieur est parfait, avec une piscine chauffée et sécurisée, un beau jardin et coin détente. Nous avons merveilleusement bien dormi, la literie est de qualité. Accueil très chaleureux, une propriétaire charmante, ouverte, à l'écoute et très sympathique, ainsi que son compagnon. Bouteille de rosé et petites attentions pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue, toutes les informations sont mises à disposition (précision maison, restaurants, activités, etc.). Ensuite, L'endroit est vraiment bien situé au calme mais à proximité des endroits plus touristiques et des attractions. Sète, Mèze, Pezenas, Marseillan, Cap d'Agde sont facilement atteignables en voiture entre 10 et 25 minutes. Nous avons apprécié ces sorties tout autant que nos journées de détente à la maison. Nous retournerons très certainement à Florensac et ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit.
