"Tuve una experiencia agridulce en este hotel. Lamentablemente, al llegar descubrimos que habían perdido nuestra reserva, lo que generó una gran incomodidad. A pesar de ser amables y hacer su mejor esfuerzo, no lograron solucionar el problema de manera satisfactoria. Al final, tuve que aceptar una habitación que no cumplía con mis expectativas.
Aun así, debo reconocer que el personal fue atento durante toda nuestra estancia, y la vista desde la habitación es realmente espectacular. Sería una excelente opción."
