We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is quite far away from the city centre but you can take the public bus (number 23) into the centre which is €1,20 per person. When we were in the hotel there was no air conditioning for the whole duration of our stay, however the reception did provide us with a fan. The hotel room guide says that the hotel offers a shuttle bus service to and from the airport and train station. When we asked at the reception if we could book the shuttle bus to the station we were told that the room guide was old and that there wasn't a shuttle bus service, we would have to take either the public bus or a taxi. The breakfast is ok but not much variety. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked fairly small. There was a hairdryer provided in the room but every time you turned it on, it would trip the whole electrics in the room so you couldn't use it. There were also no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and there was also no safe in the room. The fridge also did not work very well, even on the coldest setting it was still warm. The bed sheets and towels were changed everyday which was nice. All in all it felt like from the surface the hotel looked good, but staying there, there seemed to be a lot of underlying problems.

Straight up, ignore the fancy pictures of this hotel. They are fancy but more importantly deceptive. Photos have been enhanced and stretched to make the place look bigger, more modern and polished. This of course is fine if it wasn't such a dump of a place that almost ruined our holiday. We visited Florence with my pregnant wife and chose this 4 star hotel. Our first mistake. At best this hotel is a 2 star. Air con apparently broken yet I read reviews on here that it's been broken or turned off for longer than is being let on. Room effectively becomes a sauna. Given a measley electric fan that wouldn't cool a cat. Wifi was patchy and slow. Hair dryer, well it wasn't a hairdryer at all. It was broken. Spiders in the room. Beds quite uncomfortable but the worst was just the heat of the room. Breakfast-absolutely woeful and empty not just of choice but of people too. Staff on at breakfast utterly miserable. No smiling. No chit chat. Nothing. The man cleaning the corridors, he was nice. He at least smiled and said hello. Swimming pool? Not really. More like a large hot tub and a bit grimey and unkept. This hotel honestly had the atmosphere of a hospital. That's what it reminded me of. Please save your money and avoid this place. They also informed me upon checking out that they did not accept my American Express credit card, which I found odd. I have read the hotels responses to other people. Please do not patronise me with a reply, my account is a truthful one. Any recent reviews of 2 star or more are either fake or the people writing them are very easily pleased. I will be seeing what bodies I can speak to in Italy when I get home to the uk including the local council for Florence, this hotel angered me that much. As I say this was a holiday for my pregnant wife for her birthday and this shameful hotel couldn't do less for its clients. Rotten.

A very pleasant modern hotel but as already noted in many other reviews badly let down by the failure of its air conditioning. I found opening the windows helped and I didn't experience any mosquito problems as some other reviewers did. Having said that I spent as little time in the room as I could as it was just too stifling to be in there for long. A huge shame as all the staff were lovely particularly the receptionist who gave me great information especially with the buses and encouraged me with my basic Italian!

Arrived at the hotel after a 2000Mile journey only to find the swimming pool not open and completely dirty the air con system not working at all in the rooms but magically working in the hotel restaurant. A clean hotel with very friendly staff but obviously a CEO who doesn't care about its customers and just wants to make money and that's it! When asked why can't an engineer be called to fix the air con the same day no1 seemed to have an answer. Hotel is heavily infested at night with mosquitoes. No air con means you have to open room doors and get bitten all night rooms are terribly hot. I am so disappointed by this hotel with some small changes could be a very nice hotel I hope that you listen to your customers and make the changes straight away!

The air conditioner does not work (it turns out that it has not been working for almost a year ...) They do not fill the stock of shampoo and soap. A million mosquitoes! You can not sleep, a muezzin next to the hotel and you hear it from 9 pm to 4 am And most insulting is that they lie on their website.

We have just arrived back from our stay at 'Together Florence Inn' and it would be fair to say the experience wasn't pleasant. The main issue with this hotel is the fact it calls itself 4 is not. They purposely turn off the air conditioning in all rooms (thermostat locked at 28 degrees). They claimed that this was faulty, however it was working in the main areas of the hotel and after looking back at reviews to see if anyone else had this issue, we found a number of complaints dating back to 2014. This is clearly a cheap trick the hotel uses to save money. Expecting your guests to stay in what can only be described as an air deprived cell, with no way to cool the temperature in the room, is absolutely disgusting. We were lucky enough to be given a fan to use after we complained to reception. However this was very noisy and circulated the already sweltering air. Our friends opened their windows only to be eaten alive by mosquitos, for which there was no warning sign. Another sore point was the breakfast. If you like soggy cheese and damp salami this will be right up your street. The selection was poor, the coffee was poor and the quality was poor. This hotel also offers an extensive cocktail friend ordered one off the list only to be told they could only make a mojito....false advertising! This is a 2* hotel at best, dressed up as a 4* with the promise of air conditioning and good food. If you like your hotels to be a let down then this one is definitely for you. We did not complain again on checkout as we left at 6am to catch our flight home. Our friends however did complain and were offered a €10 refund which is completely unacceptable given the issues and down right lies we were told about the air conditioning. We do not recommend this hotel, we would not stay at this chain of hotels again and I think the star rating needs to be addressed. It is misleading to paying customers expecting the standard advertised.

My husband and I stayed here along with a few friends in relation to a wedding we were attending. We were greeted at reception Friday by a sign saying the air condition was out of order and that they apologised for any inconvenience caused. The weather was around 30 degrees Celsius, and the room was around 28 degrees. Horrendously hot to sleep, get ready, and generally stay in. Our friends were informed there were no fans available, and so opened one of the windows to get some fresh air into the room overnight. They both woke up the following morning with literally some 50 huge mosquito bites. Needless to say opening a window was not an option for us. Breakfast was ok, nothing more, nothing less. Rooms were relatively clean, but we had what looked like blood stains on our duvet. On check-out we were given a EUR30 discount - and mind you, the rooms were EUR130 a night. Ridiculous. No way is this a 4 star B&B.

Stayed for 2 nights to attend a friends wedding in Florence. Really awful experience at this hotel mainly concerning no air conditioning in any of the rooms. The thermostats were locked at 28c and could not be changed. Reception advised that it was being worked on as it was faulty but the main communal areas such as the breakfast area & hallways had fully working air conditioning on throughout our stay. Other guests were told different stories about why it wasn't working. We couldn't have the windows open in the room either due to mosquitos which were everywhere so had to sleep with wet towels to keep cool. Tried to cool off in the pool one morning but the water was really dirty with lots of debris in the pool. The breakfast also was not what I would have expected for a so called 4 star hotel with poor options and weak coffee. Complained on check out and was offered a 10 euro discount which after much further complaining and an escalation to a manager it was increased to 30 euros. A really small amount considering the uncomfortable stay we had and were glad to leave. I can only think this hotel has some financial difficulties as to why these issues occur and i would not recommend staying here.

We went for the suburbs because we wanted to have an easy access to places in Tuscany and a safe parking lot. The hotel was great - very clean, the staff was really polite and helpful. The restaurant offered variety of food for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room was really quiet. The bus stop is quite near, 2-3 minutes on foot, so the center is easily accessible. All in all, great experience.

I stopped here while travelling back from Siena to the Uk while working. I arrived at 10pm on a Sunday evening and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who informed me the restaurant was closed but would order me a take away if I required it and would open the bar for me so I could buy a couple of beers if needed!! Room was very nice and modern and with a good size bathroom. Breakfast was fine with a good selection. Would definitely stop here again if I was in the area and need a hotel!!
