Good Location but hardware was not great
We arrived at the property building ahead of schedule and asked if we could collect the keys early, but the landlord said it couldn't be arranged and insisted that we stick to the specified key collection time. It's suggested to accurately arrange the arrival time.
Additionally, this website didn't mention that the building doesn't have an elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up five flights of stairs. We later found this information on the hotel website, which was our oversight.
The bathroom wasn't great—the bathtub only had a shaky shower screen, making it easy to splash water all over the floor while showering.
When we checked in, the heating wasn't turned on throughout the house. We were told that we needed to use an app to activate it, but even after two hours, there was still no heating. After multiple communications, the responsible person had to come to the property to resolve the issue. However, one of the radiators in the living room still couldn't be used. We messaged the landlord about this but didn't receive any further response, so we didn't pursue it further to avoid wasting time during our trip.
