SOPHISTICATED HOME IN FLORENCE

Stay at this stunning three bedrooms and two bathrooms apartment right in the heart of Florence. A few steps from the Ponte vecchio, Pitti Palace, Boboli Garden, Uffizi gallery, Tornabuoni street and Piazza del Duomo. Plenty of restaurants and sights to see in this area. This is the best and most comfortable way to experience the city of Florence.

This sophisticated home has three bedrooms with double beds that can easily fit two people each. Moreover, there is a sofa bed in the living room for the other two guests. In total, you can fit 8 people. The living space is newly designed and has a TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped.

In the building, there is an elevator that will take you to the second floor.

We are in a limited traffic area but in front of the house, there is a garage so you can arrive by car under the house, remind that is necessary to make a garage reservation.

On request, we can provide the reservation for a private transfer from the airport or train station to the apartment and back.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers, free toiletries, and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

It Isn’t in Santo Spirito!

Paying for this property was strange and disconcerting. Initial communication from Manager (Alessandra) was a text months after I booked the property. I thought it was spam and deleted them without reading. Finally contacted via VRBO, then was asked, again by text, to wire cash. Eventually got everything agreed to and the stay was wonderful. The Apartment was called Sophisticated Home with a Communal Roof, then listed as Oltrarno and now Santo Spirito. The middle description is most correct. It’s a 10 minute walk to Santo Spirito and the communal roof is locked. The apartment is Sophisticated and just around the corner from the Ponte Vecchio. It’s in a fantastic location.

Love Florence. We enjoyed our stay. Keyless entry system did not work for me., but keys were available. I would have liked more supplies; kitchen gear like more knives and utensils for serving a party of 7, not enough toilet paper or paper towels, and not enough soap for dish washer. We made do with a supermarket close by and all was good!
