Renovated apartment comfortable for living in the center in complete safety. Quiet area a stone's throw from the Duomo and the train station, with restaurants nearby. Two-level studio, on the ground floor there is a large space with a kitchenette, dining area, and living room, very bright, with 2 windows and a bathroom with a shower. In the loft, the sleeping area with a double bed. Complete with amenities including wifi, air conditioning, and dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in a common space outside the apartment. On the first floor with elevator.
