On the raised ground floor of a prestigious Art Nouveau building from the end of the 19th century, the apartment boasts inlaid wooden floors, beautiful doors and windows decorated by hand, and ceilings with fine stuccos.
A beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace, coffered wooden ceiling and direct access to an equally beautiful dining room, with a magnificent antique table that seats up to 12 people.
The eat-in kitchen has recently been completely renovated. It is modern and equipped with every comfort and appliances.
There are two bedrooms:
- one with a large double bed
- the high one with two "queen size" beds that can be joined if desired. In this room there is the possibility of adding another single bed.
Two comfortable and bright bathrooms both with all facilities and equipped with a shower.

Gorgeous Apartment and so comfortable and roomy!
This apartment exceeded our expectations - absolutely beautiful and lots of space for our family of five. If it makes you happy to be in a beautiful place then this apartment is the perfect context to your enjoy a visit to Firenze. The furnishings were lovely and the quality of everything was superb. It is in quiet area but still easy walking distance to the the center of activity. If walking isn’t for you there is a taxi and bus stop right by the house.
The kitchen is lovely and spacious and probably a joy to cook in ( I must confess we mostly ate at restaurants which were so consistently good I have no regrets-next time I plan to stay longer and cook). Stefano, the owner, was welcoming and very helpful.
I honestly cannot think of anything I would change and would not hesitate to recommend it whole heartedly.
