Good Hotel if you are going for businesses. If you are going for vacation without a car definitely no. Faraway from the historical center and train station. You have to take 2 buses and ride for more than 1 hour or take a taxi and pay in between €22 to €35 depends on the traffic. Nothing to do around the area. It is an industrial zone. Breakfast buffet is very good. Bathroom not to clean, they can improve. Service was great and staff amazing.

Great service and friendly personnel

We chose this hotel due to location to the airport. Although they mention a shuttle service, it is not free. The hotel room was comfortable and contained a safe, minibar, full bath. Service was wonderful with everyone going out of their way to make sure we got a cab at 3 am for our very early flight. Breakfast is included (but we left too early to attend. The night clerk got us tea and coffee accompanied by Italian pastries. There are restaurants nearby, but we decide to take a cab after experiencing Italian traffic.

Nice but far

The hotel is nice and clean the annoying part is the lack of transportation options if you don’t drive. 1 bus every 30 mins roughly. That’s where the headache begins. You have to find a place to buy a bus ticket and no you can’t pay on the bus like any other normal first world city... anyways takes roughly 45 -60 mins to get to central’s Florence and the last bus is at 845pm! So no night life experience because you’ll have to pay close to 40 euros one way! Which is just insane for being located only 11kms from Florence SMN! Also there is a City tax on top of the hotel I already paid for and the taxes I already paid. That hidden fee is a bit of a piss off after paying 240$ a night! The hotel it’s self was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was good and it was peaceful at night

Very nice hotel but far away from Florance. You need to take one but and tram to reach the city. Taxi takes 30 euros. I was dissapointed the last minute while checking out 10 euros per night City Tax was not included to the price... For Florance tourists better to pay 40-50 euros more to stay nearby the city..

Great for what I needed!

Friendly, helpful staff. Good size room and very clean. Breakfast was poor. The juice tasted like orange coloured water. Room was quite hot at night. Great access to the A1. Good wifi. I would stay again without breakfast!

Expected better hotel room & far from amenities

Outdated decor, pillows very flat, bed very low to the ground, not much space to put up your luggage, bathtub floor was dirty couldn't take a bath, bathtub was very high off the ground hard to get in and out of, no bathtub door only a small half of a glass door so water squirted out everywhere onto bathroom floor which made it slippery, in an industrialized location, no where to really to go for a nice walk. But staff at front desk were very nice and helpful and breakfast was great too.
