Mario and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We were helped from the minute we stepped into the doors of the lobby till we checked out 8 days later. We had an amazing stay! It was incredibly easy to walk anywhere in Florence. The owner Gabrielle was extremely hospitable. The room was small be very comfortable and very clean most importantly the AC worked!! The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again!

We really liked the location; it was quieter and less hectic but still close to all the main sites. The staff were lovely and friendly. The concierge sat down with us when we arrived with a map and showed us where the main attractions and several family style restaurants. I loved this property, it was only my husband and myself, the room we had was not kid friendly but I’m sure they have good accommodations for families.
