Crystal and Anna are fabulous staff members and always helping and very kind. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Area around the hotel is very convenient close to the train station and lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Excellent set of b and b rooms just round the corner from the main station. Elegant, clean, cool and comfortable. All the staff were really friendly, flexible and helpful, particularly Anna.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely small balcony - not much of a view but it was nice to have. The location was not ideal as our walk back to our hotel was sketchy sometimes. There was quite a a bit of construction going on during the day, which was annoying.

The location was near the train station which was super convenient, but also felt unsafe in that area. It is a little far from the center of town. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The Wi-Fi reception was terrible and the construction and street noise was very disturbing. Would not stay there again.

We were able to walk everywhere and if it was perceived too far, we quickly hopped a taxi from the train station which was a 3-5 min walk away. The lady at the front desk was hospitable and ensured we had all pertinent info the moment we arrived.

I had a very nice five-night stay at the Eco Urban B&B. Anna and the staff were helpful and friendly, the continental breakfast every morning was tasty and fresh. My spacious room was freshened up beautifully every day. The location proved excellent, walkable to all the main museums and churches, the main station, and the Mercato Centrale (economical meal options for lunch/dinner). There may be some road noise for some (near the main station), but I wasn't bothered and slept well. I recommend it especially for the location and nice people!

I enjoyed staying at this air b&b. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Anna at the front desk was very helpful and professional. She invested her time to explain the beautiful places to visit in Florence. She went above and beyond! Thank you Anna! Also, many thanks to all the staff who helped us during our stay and the cleaning personnel. She kept our room nice and tidy. I highly recommend staying here. Wouldn’t stay here again

The room was very nice and amenities were great…bed comfortable. Hallways and street noise were horrible. Until 2am. So loud on the street and people going up and down the stairs . No fan in room to drown out the noise. Made for a horrible nights sleep. Location was close to train station but not in the best area of town.

Good Hotel with Great Location

We stayed at this hotel only for one night. It was close to the train station, but a little hard to find and then even harder to get in. I appreciated the security though. It was within walking distance to lots of food. We did have the room right next to the front desk so it was a little loud. Breakfast was good and I wish we could have experienced the patio as it looked nice. Overall good experience and would stay again.
