LSU spring semester drop off

This apartment was perfect for our stay. It was close to everything within walking distance. Close to food spots and stores. I will definitely try to stay here again and apartment had everything needed for a stay. They also called a taxi for pickup and were helpful throughout the whole stay!

If I were a real estate agent, the word I would use to describe this place is "charming." Which means, it has striking architecture, but it needs work. I suspect that pictures of the bathroom were omitted purposely because it was in poor condition. The shower and sink drains were both clogged or entire stay. The shower did not have a clean appearance. The building in general was in questionable condition and had a rather unique odor. There was a scummy market that would appear in front of the building daily, which is not depicted in the pictures or Google Street View. The floor was very dirty and left us with black feet from walking in it. Overall, the images do not accurately depict its true condition. I contacted the property managers, ironically named "CleanBnB" about our problems after we left, but I received no response.
