This hotel is hip and modern and was a delight to stay in. The staff were very friendy and helpful. The room had a feel of like your own apartment or unit somehow. Quiet, great location in the very heart of the shopping and sightseeing areas. Great location! Downside, is temporary road construction out front that doesnt really affect you other than esthetics. Great street. Breakfast was delicious. Room clean, beds comfortable!

In the central location of historical area so you can walk to most attractions. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good with many options. There was road construction in front of the hotel when we were there but it didn’t bother us much. We will definitely stay again next time.

Great place, just not truly customer oriented

The hotel is modern and well maintained. Unfortunately, the AC was not able to keep the room cool in the summer heat. They removed the cabinet which houses the unit and it improves the airflow, but it was never able to get below 22.4 C. We also asked for a plastic trash bag to help us do laundry down the street and we were told the hotel could not provide us with any. Very disappointing they do not go out of their way to accommodate their guests. While this is not a big deal, it was just unfortunate and enough to keep them from a 5-star rating.

Fantastic Three Night Stay

Had an amazing stay! Very helpful staff and great recommendations. We only ate breakfast at the hotel one morning but it was a very nice buffet. Would highly recommend!
