Very central apartment, a stone's throw from Piazza Signoria and Ponte Vecchio.
Equipped with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, dining area and kitchen.
Convenient and comfortable location, in a lively neighborhood, among restaurants, typical bars and characteristic shops.
It is located on the top floor of a typical Florentine building in Via della Condotta, a few meters from the main tourist attractions. The apartment is on two levels.
On the first floor you will find: a single bedroom, a bright living area with sofa, dining table, television and well-equipped kitchenette.

On the second floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, you will find the second double bedroom a bathroom with shower.

Service limitations: The permitted temperature values ​​in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.

Great location. A few things could be improved.

Great location, and communication with the host was great! The place was spacious and had everything we needed. However, there were no garbage cans, and the bathroom smelled a bit like sewage. Also, the door to the working shower upstairs was locked when we arrived, which was a disruptive start to our stay, but the host was able to fix the problem within 10 minutes. We would recommend this place!

Es un tercer piso con escaleras muy inclinadas. El alojamiento consta de dos plantas conectadas por una estrecha y empinada escalera de caracol. La ducha está arriba, se inunda el plato y se sale el agua. El aire acondicionado no enfría bien y en una habitación moja el suelo. No hay microondas, ni cubo de basura, a penas hay vasos y cubiertos. Sofá y sillas comedor muy viejos, con fundas. Es decepcionante. El check-in si se hace de 20:00 a 22:00 te cobran 50 euros, de 22:00 a 24:00 80 euros y de 24:00 a 02:00 100 euros. Podrían tener llaves electrónicas o usar cualquier otro método que no fuera de precio tan abusivo.La tasa turística es la más cara que se puede cobrar, 6 euros por persona y día. La limpieza es muy mejorable. No lo recomiendo. Mala relación calidad-precio, es realmente muuuuy caro.
