Camaldoli 8 Apartment

Comfort and style, bright apartment for two people located in a typical Florentine building on the second floor without lift. The apartment consists of a large open space with a living area with TV, a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchenette, a complete bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and an 'urban' style fireplace which gives a touch of romance.
The apartment is located near Piazza del Carmine and Piazza Tasso, in an extremely quiet spot but close to the Piazza Santo Spirito district which is today considered a neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, suitable for residents and tourists, with many attractions for nightlife, 5 minutes walk from Piazza Pitti and 10 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio.
The apartment is located in the Limited Traffic Zone and it is recommended to park the car in a private garage nearby.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required .

Spacious and comfortable apartment ina good and quiet location.

The apartment is located on a quiet street in the Oltrarno. The apartrment is spacious and comfortable. Bed was very comfy. Laundry drying racks and an iron were a plus. Right across the street is an amazing coffee cafe with delicious sandwiches and baked goods. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place in Florence

My friend and I were traveling to Florence for the first time and were looking for a budget friendly option that was away from the touristy areas but close enough for us to get to everything and this VRBO was perfect. It was located on a very quiet street. We felt very safe as the building has a key to enter the building a separate key to enter the apartment. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we would possibly need. The availability to do laundry was especially great. The location is about a 20 minute walk to all of the major tourist attractions so if you want to be closer I would not recommend this but I liked being away from it and the neighborhood had some great restaurants, cafes and gelaterias that had locals in them rather than full of tourists. The owners were very communicative before check in and made the process seamless. Would definitely stay here again.
