The hotel is basically just around the corner from the station and next to a busy road. Initially we were worried that it would be loud and a bit dreary. Inside the space is well noise insulated and decorated in cool dark blue and purple with interesting monochrome photographs. The room was small but not too restrictive and again decorated in cool dark colors with modern silver bathroom fittings, great shower pressure and modern loo. We didn't bother to open the windows as we were trying to escape the incredible August heat. The location is good but most places are within a quick walk in Florence anyway. And only having to lug a suitcase a short distance to the train station was a pleasure. Staff were nice with very good English. Breakfast I loved as in addition to the usual muesli they provided some exotic toppings including goji berries, chia seeds etc. a nice touch. No hot breakfast but that isn't really my preference anyway. Overall a nice clean modern quiet and cool stay a stones throw from the station.

we had a wonderful stay here with my daughter and friend. we booked a triple room. room was clean and we almost had enough space. there is an elevator in the hotel which is very small but it does not count as a bad point because the staff and everything in club hotel are great. very close to station only 3 minutes walk. but there is not any noise or crowd annoyance as the windows are double glazed but you can still open the windows as your wish. there is a super market just next to the hotel. breakfast was good and varied. i really enjoyed my stay and will go to Club hotel again.

This hotel is a typical hotel in Florence. The free breakfast was very nice, with lots of choices. The city location is nice and convenient to the train station. a very short walk. The rooms are dark and seem to use IKEA type furniture and bathroom configurations. We had room 306 and it could be confusing to get to the room. There were two elevators in the hotel and both were small. Our room was on the front of the hotel and louder than a room on the interior. The takes were 18.00 Eur for two nights. Garbage drops were right outside of the hotel but it didn't seem to smell. There is a small grocery right next door and plenty of places to eat close by. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They spoke very good English.

The hotel is very conveniently located, less than five minutes from the train station and quite near the centre of Florence. The hotel room was lovely- very modern and bright. The breakfast, which is served until 10am, was delicious and there was a great selection of foods available. The room was however quite noisy, at times it sounded like other hotel guests were in the room when they were walking down the corridor outside, so it may not be the ideal hotel if you fancied a sleep-in.

Excellent hotel with super efficient staff. Centrally located, so all the attractions are within walking distance. 200m from the main station which is very convenient if you have lots of luggage. The Santa Maria Novella visible from the hotel and about 15 minutes walk to the Duomo. Lovely restaurants in the area and away from the crowds if you prefer "solitude" but also not too far if you want to paint the town red.

We spent two nights in this hotel. The staff is very friendly, our room was very cute, the bed comfortable and the location perfect ! The only bad point is that our room was on the street, so there were a lot of noise : the train station is just next to the hotel, there is a lot of cars passing in front of the hotel.

Their service was very good! we asked to change rooms and they quickly did give us a really convenient rooms the were really friendly specially Bouchra! And the location was really great. Recommended.

When booking this hotel I was looking to be close to the train station. It appeared nice but was not sure what to expect. It is very close to the train station, we were able to walk, even with four suitcases! The hotel had upgraded our room complimentary. The rooms are beautiful. My favorite are the ceilings with the wood beams. The one complaint about the room was that our shower did not have anywhere to put our shampoo and body wash so we had to put them on the ground. The hotel does provide you with a soda, bottle of still and bottle of sparkling water complimentary. There is a grocery store 100 ft from the hotel. This was wonderful! Go here to buy food, water, wine, whatever you need. Prices for water was 0,80 compared to 1,50 in the city. We had very early mornings so we did not have breakfast in the hotel. We did get food from next door including fresh fruit and juices. I would stay in this hotel again. There is some noise that can be heard from a bar nearby however, it did not stay open late or interfere with our sleep.

This hotel is less than a 5 minutes walk from the train station-- and thus a lovely 15 minute walk (mostly along the river, if you'd like) to all the tourist attractions (museums, Duomo, etc). The hotel rooms are tiny (but so what's new for Europe hotels), very clean and with a good bathroom. The breakfast was included in our room rate and it was a lot of healthy (yes, really) foods to choose from -- including fruit, yogurt, and more......all fresh, nicely prepared and in a comfortable setting. Don't get scared away from this hotel due to it being so close to the train. It's in a perfect location. thumbs up for sure!

Very very friendly and smiling staff (the two sisters), surprised by the sic lady at the reception who spoken even Greek, very clean (every day change of room linen), my room not so large but cozy, close to train station and the city center
