The apartment has a private sitting area with a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a very nice balcony with seating, a dining table, and a beautiful loft bedroom in a very high and bright space. Comfortable bathroom in the room, with a shower. The space has been carefully curated by a very skilled and renowned local architect. The apartment is equipped with an air exchanger (for sanctification and cleaning) and every possible comfort. Entrance and kitchen are shared with another apartment of the same property but are rarely used.
