Courteous, helpful staff. We stayed here one night before our flight home-it did what we needed it to do- a place to sleep that was okay. The air conditioning didn't work for us so that was a slight issue-luckily, it was in October, not August.

Nicely designed and modern. Friendly, helpful staff. In my initial review I wrote that there were no restaurants nearby but in the end we did find a very nice Japanese restaurant on the corner and another snack bar. It was an easy tram ride to the center or it was walkable.

We stayed here for 2 nights and very disappointed, when we 1st booked in, they tried to give us a room upstairs with no space or balcony, when we showed what we paid for the owner huffed and puffed saying he was full. But there was a vacant room with balcony just downstairs. The room we had was not well maintained, and is a converted apartment into 4 rooms, there was mould in the bathroom. The queen bed was a pull out bed and a lot of bugs.

The place was beautiful and clean, very thoughtfully allocated interconnecting rooms for three of us. Slightly misleading as a first time traveler, it’s a bit away from the city centre and heart of Florence. Overall absolutely worth the stay.

The location is pretty central and awesome! The apartment was nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night so it was hard to sleep but the hosts were very accommodating with a late check out. When everything is in tip top shape, this is a great place to stay.

Properly and manager tokd us not to use it Fair wifi reception Shower with no curtain or door and each time water was all over the floor Manager not very welcoming but OK He didnt provide much of information that you usually get as a tourist from desk Propwrty is new and clean Breakfast area vwry small and with very basic breakfast
