This is a great place to stay in Florence. It is easily walkable to all the major sites and great food. It is more of a classic room rental than a guesthouse, including self check-in and a lot of stairs. Breakfast is not included but there are great breakfast places steps away. The neighborhood is lively at night. I mention these things, because if you know what to expect, you will know if this is the right place for you. The owner was very responsive via text and clearly wanted to help us have an enjoyable visit.

The apartment was clean and nice. Very easy check in and response time. Stairs were rough with luggage for the baby and my mom. Still ideal great location.

HORRIBLE!!!!

When we got to the address there was no one to help us. There was no key in the lockbox (which was broken). Tried to phone the person but he just kept saying he didn’t speak English and then he blocked our calls. We ended up stranded after we had already paid ahead of time. Workers from a restaurant helped us with WiFi and we ended up at another hotel. Double our budget. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

Great B&B. More of a "bed" and breakfast isn't included. The facility was just what we needed. The facility was right in the middle of a busy area. It still felt quiet at night, but bring ear plugs if youre a light sleeper or not familiar with the city. The only thing that felt like our critique was we never met the hosts and only communicated virtually. This caused some bumps when we traveled and we missed meeting locals.

Noisy Location

Best part of our stay was location, always had hot water and bed had comfortable mattress. Loud - could hear people yelling, talking and cars all night until 5 am ish during our Friday and Saturday night stay. Sound cancelling headsets came in handy to sleep. The walk up is 55 steps to the third floor. No breakfast included in the B&B name. There is a coffee machine in the room.
