Ladhus I - Fancy Nature Hill Home with Jetty

Summary:

Our huge, newly renovated Ladhus is located in the middle of the forest, directly on the breathtaking Lake Uspen. You drive through dense forest to the house and find yourself in a huge living area where there is space to relax and be together. You can canoe outside with your friends or explore the sauna by the lake. From here you can experience hiking routes and climbing, as well as lunch in Floda or discoveries in Gothenburg. The Space:

Ladhus is built in 1954 from solid wood and has undergone a complete renovation 2023. We have not only renewed all the bathrooms but modernized the entire house section and created a 100sqm living room with rocks and lake view. There you have space to eat with 18 people, and to relax - to lie in the hammock or watch Apple TV on 3m screen. Also we have added a 120sqm terrace which gives you private space to barbecue, sunbathe or just stare into the trees.

There are two bathrooms with showers and separate toilets, so you don't get in the way. One bedroom has its own terrace and an office.



Guest Access:

The entire accommodation is at our guests' own and free disposal. You will receive a voucher for our lakeside sauna for a 3-hour session. You can book further sauna sessions, canoes and massages with us! You will receive access to your boarding pass via sms, in which you will find suitable upsells to individualize your vacation.



You can park up to 5 cars directly in front of the house.



The Neighborhood:

Ladhus is located on the mountain top of Bockaberg, the largest rock in the region. 200m below is the Uspen, a fishy and beautiful large lake with fantastic clear water. At this lake there are only 2 neighbors, they are very far away, so you have the nature for yourself. You can go directly to the exciting trails in the area or rent canoes from us and explore everything by lake. We also have a 15m toprope climbing facility at Bockaberg as well as fantastic lunch options in Floda which is accessible by bike. From Floda there is also a train to Gothenburg city in 20min.



Getting Around:

As our guests you have the opportunity to rent the outdoor lake sauna as well as canoes, take a hike around the lake, plan trips to Gothenburg or enjoy one of the many climbing routes in the area.

If you have something special planned or have any questions, let us know and we will do our best to make it happen!



Other Things to Note:

In addition to bed linen, you also have a small towel with you. If you would like extras such as large shower towels, made-up beds, boats or massages for your dream vacation, you can simply add these to your boarding pass after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a digital boarding pass - you will receive a link to it by sms after your booking. There you can leave your 200€ deposit and then have access to the check-in details, can add upsells, solve questions with the FAQ about the house with video or simply write to me if you need something.
