This resort, despite being a 5-star establishment, has been the worst experience we’ve ever had. The only redeeming quality is their spa. Roomalia and Jenneth were incredibly professional and attentive. However, the rest of the staff was completely horrible. They showed no compassion or sense of hospitality. I’m not sure if they deliberately treated us differently or if this is their standard practice. I strongly advise against booking this resort. From the managers to the restaurant staff, they all left a lot to be desired. I don’t understand how they manage to operate in such a manner. We’ve stayed in both 5-star and 4-star resorts before and know what kind of service we should expect. Staff who highlighted the worst service: Feroize
Despite being listed as an Expedia VIP resort, they fail to recognize the VIP status, which is a missed information for Expedia to provide accurate information.
