Relax and unwind in our 3 bedroom modern penthouse apartment in the Sugar Reef complex, fitted with a light, fully equipped contemporary kitchen, a private balcony overlooking the beautiful, crystal clear swimming pool and a big, private rooftop terrace with inspiring panoramic views of Mauritius. Only 2 to 3 minutes walk to the stunning beach of Flic en Flac & local amenities. Private covered car parking area with allocated parking available for penthouse guests.

The modern apartment is located on the 4th floor accessed by stairs, including 3 air conditioned bedrooms (ideal for 2 couples or 4 people), 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 family), a kitchen, living area, dining area and personal balcony.
The apartment has free WIFI and internet, a TV & DVD player, and a free covered car parking space. The kitchen includes essentials: washing machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. An iron and ironing table and also a hairdryer are also included.

The neighbourhood offers quiet, beautiful mountain views. Only two minutes walk to idyllic sandy beach and turquoise sea, shopping centre, bus stop, fuel pump station, medical centre, police station, post office, restaurants, bars and daytime snack stalls.

Kelvin est un hôte sympathique et très réactif. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal et très calme.Attention toutefois, dans l'annonce il est indiqué "ascenseur" et il n'y en a pas. L'appartement que nous occupions n'était pas non plus équipé d'un bain à remous, également indiqué dans l'annonce. Cela ne nous a pas manqué et nous retournerons volontiers séjourner chez Kelvin et Sarah.
