Outdoor courtyard at the front of the house and a courtyard at the back with terrace and barbecue area.
On the ground floor, you have the living area, two bedrooms with double bed 140, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen with laundry area.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a shower room with wc, a bedroom in a row with a double bed and a single bed. At the end of the corridor a balcony terrace with sea view.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit : with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (not in cash or checks).

The keys must be collected at the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the summer season.
