Duplex T4 on the seafront

Duplex T4 apartment for 5/6 people on the 1st and top floor with 77 m² living space. On the ground floor of the residence there is direct access to the beach.

On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
The living room has a sofa with two armchairs facing a large picture window with panoramic views of the beach and sea. There is a large dining table, a bookcase and a television.

A shower room with walk-in shower, washing machine and separate WC.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and WCs.

The first bedroom has a 140cm double bed with a wardrobe and a magnificent sea view. The second bedroom has a 140cm double bed with a storage cupboard. The third bedroom has a 120cm bed (1 person or 2 children) with a wardrobe.

A foldaway 90cm bed is available for an extra person.

Free public parking nearby.
Pets: small dogs only (€15 per pet per week).

The keys are to be collected from the Guy Hoquet - Saint Pierre la Mer agency and a map to the accommodation will be given to you.

Le Caounil 2 (1968, renovated in 2005) is a seafront residence in Saint-Pierre-La-Mer. It is a family seaside resort, where everything has remained on a human scale.

A large beach of fine sand (5 km long) with Blue Flag status, ideal for children.

For sports enthusiasts: a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.), hiking and cycling trails in the Massif de la Clape.
The garrigue, with its scents of thyme, lavender and rosemary, comes alive with the song of the cicadas in summer.

Curiosity: the Oeil Doux chasm, with its high, green limestone cliffs overlooking an emerald-green expanse of water.
In July and August, the largest market on the coast is held every day, as well as a night-time craft market.

A louer après remise en conformité

Logement non adapté pour la chaleur, seulement 2 ventilateurs pour 70m2. électricité dangereuse et pas aux normes , joint du frigo défectueux (on ne peut pas garder les aliments au frais) 1 matelas non confortable dans une chambre (ressort dans le dos) C'est un appartement a la décoration ancienne qui devrait être remis au goût du jour car il possède un bon potentiel... Le seul point positif est la vue sur la plage et la proximité des commerces. En ce qui concerne l agence guy hoquet aucune communication, impossible de les joindre par téléphone. La remise des clés est tres compliquée, ouverture à 14h de l'agence à attendre dehors dans une files d'attente en plein soleil (irrespectueux)

Appartement très vieux , deco hostere, frigo non dégivre a notre arrivée toiles d araignées , électricité vetuste peur pour les enfants, des multiprises de partout. Point positif nous sommes face à la mer et les commerces sont à proximité pas besoin de prendre la voiture.

Super séjour

Beau temps mais venteux, on nous avait prévenu 😅 L'appartement est super, un peu vieillot mais spacieux, très bien équipé et très bien situé. La vue est superbe. L'agence de location est située juste à côté, très pratique et le personnel est très arrangeant. A recommander.
