La plage est facilement accessible à pieds même avec un enfant, les commerces et restaurant sont un peu plus loin permettant d’être au calme mais toujours accessible à pieds. La résidence est calme. La climatisation n’est pas entretenue (filtres + appareils). Le canapé convertible convient à un enfant mais n’est pas confortable pour un adulte.
